Dudley’s Home Care Employment
Londa Dudley obtained a nursing degree in 1979 and boasts diverse experience in Med/Surg, Endoscopy, Long Term Care, and Home Health Care. Early in Londa‘s career, while employed by a national home health care agency, a realization of the community’s need for patient advocacy and education emerged. Working as a home health nurse inspired Londa to establish a personal, client-focused home care agency.
In 1992, Londa co-founded Dudley’s Home Care, initially serving as the sole caregiver. Today, the agency employs nearly 100 dedicated individuals. Londa remains hands-on, overseeing daily operations to ensure quality and compassion. Co-founding Dudley’s Home Care was driven by a commitment to delivering premium, individualized care. Londa finds immense satisfaction in knowing that Dudley’s positively impacts lives within the local community.
Elizabeth Peschock started her professional journey at Dudley‘s Home Care in 2007, assuming the role of an In-home Aide. Currently holding the position of Agency Manager, Elizabeth is entrusted with the task of fostering the development and growth of new business, along with the maintenance of crucial agency relationships.
She diligently ensures that business development activities align with the Agency’s overarching vision and strategy, playing a vital role in promoting business expansion. In addition to her core responsibilities, Elizabeth provides valuable assistance in Medicaid billing and accounting processes.
Chasney Diem earned her nursing degree in 1997 and she currently serves as the Agency Supervisor at Dudley’s Home Care. Before becoming a Registered Nurse, Chasney worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant in long-term care. A lifelong resident of the Lake Norman area, she values the significance of family and community, making her tenure at Dudley’s Home Care since 2003 especially rewarding.
With a wealth of experience in Geriatrics and Wound Care, Chasney oversees all healthcare facets of the company. Her responsibilities encompass client visits, record reviews, communication with physicians and social workers, quality assurance, as well as personnel evaluations and training. In her role as Agency Supervisor, Chasney diligently upholds policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with the Department of Health and Human Services for the state of North Carolina.
Lea Peschock holds the position of Staffing Coordinator at Dudley‘s Home Care. Before joining Dudley’s, Lea served as the on-site staffing coordinator for Aerotek at BestCo, Inc. in Mooresville.
Her diverse background encompasses scheduling, marketing, market research, recruiting, orientations, training, and effective communication with clients, supervisors, and Human Resources, among other responsibilities.
Senetra Mills is a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant who embarked on her compassionate journey with Dudley’s Home Care in 2003. With a wealth of experience, she is committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients, ensuring their well-being and comfort. Senetra joined the office staff in 2021 and currently serves as Receptionist. Her duties include greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, filing paperwork and assisting with orientations while maintaining professional composure throughout interactions with employees and clients.
Connie Mann holds the position of Home Care Consultant, with a strong background in senior care and community outreach. Her expertise includes developing educational programs and presentations for seniors and their families, as well as increasing inquiry generation to expand market share. Connie has effectively targeted key accounts such as hospitals, assisted living facilities, and senior centers, while also coordinating comprehensive referral services.
Through quality assurance visits, phone calls, and home visits, she maintains positive relationships with clients and their families. Additionally, she manages caregiver introductions and collaborates with staffing coordinators to ensure optimal caregiver assignments based on client needs and compatibility. Her commitment to enhancing the quality of senior care is reflected in her proactive approach to community education and client engagement.
